The front end of the compressor discharged from the oil and gas mixture enters the specially designed oil and gas separator. Due to the high speed, the oil and gas mixture enters and flows along the tank. Under the action of centrifugal force, most of the oil is separated from the air, and the formed oil droplets gather into larger particles, which fall into the lower part of the oil tank under the action of gravity. The baffles and partitions inside the oil-air separator keep the air and oil droplets rotating and change the direction. This inertial effect causes more and more oil to be separated from the compressed air. After the compressed air undergoes primary separation, only some very small oil mist remains. When air flows through the Filter Element of the oil and gas separator, it forms small oil droplets on the filter fiber through collision, dispersion, interception and condensation. The oil droplets condense on the outer fibers of the filter element, and the oil surface drops to the lower part of the cylinder under the action of gravity; the oil droplets condense on the inner fibers of the filter element and are finally collected at the bottom of the filter element.
