Replace the hydraulic oil return filter FAX-160X10 adopts Xinyuan environmentally friendly ultra-fine glass fiber composite filter material and thick stainless steel material. The combination of fine seam welding and spot welding technology and the newly developed two-component adhesive ensures that the Filter Element has high mechanical strength and can work normally at temperatures below 120°C. Adopt folding technology design to increase the filtering area. The frame and end cover are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and high pressure. The compatible material of the filter is suitable for the filtration of general hydraulic oil. The filter element adopts solid filter material on both sides and a more stable filter material support, which meets the flow fatigue characteristics verification of ISO372476 Hydraulic Filter Element.
