Excellent filtration performance: Imported glass fiber filter materials are commonly used, with a filtration accuracy of 20 μ m and a dust removal effect of 99.9%. They can effectively filter out solid particles and gel like substances in the working medium of hydraulic or lubrication systems, and strictly control the pollution level of the working medium.

Good flow pressure: The filter layer adopts a folded form, with a large flow area and low pressure loss, which can meet the flow requirements of a nominal flow rate of 30L/min and comply with ISO3724/76 Hydraulic Filter Element flow fatigue characteristic verification.

Strong pressure bearing capacity: The nominal pressure can generally adapt to 6.3MPa, 16MPa, etc., and some products of the same model can have a nominal pressure of up to 32MPa. The support is strengthened by spiral winding, and the filter material is stable and not easily deformed under high pressure difference.

Widely applicable scenarios: The sealing material is mostly nitrile rubber or fluororubber, with strong medium compatibility, suitable for various hydraulic media such as general hydraulic oil, phosphate hydraulic oil, water ethylene glycol, etc.
