INR-S30-D-SPG-V replaces INDUFIL stainless steel hydraulic Filter Element, which is made of 304 stainless steel frame and end cap, and is equipped with high-precision glass fiber folding filter material. It has the characteristics of large pollutant holding capacity and long service life. It can filter dust, iron filings, adhesive substances and other impurities in oil and gas.

The filter element adopts a multi-layer composite filtration structure, with an outer coarse filter screen that can intercept large particle impurities, and an inner high-precision filter material that can effectively capture micron level pollutants. The specially designed spiral guide groove creates turbulence when the medium passes through, which not only improves the filtration efficiency but also avoids the problem of filter material blockage.

In industrial hydraulic systems, INR-S30-D-SPG-V exhibits excellent stability. Its 304 stainless steel material endows it with excellent corrosion resistance, allowing it to maintain structural integrity even in high temperature and high pressure environments. The glass fiber filter material has undergone special resin impregnation treatment, which not only has a high filtration ratio of β ≥ 200, but also can withstand a burst pressure of 15 bar.

Attention should be paid to the flow direction identification during installation, as reverse installation may cause the filter material layer to peel off. It is recommended to install a pressure difference alarm in the system's return oil or pressure pipeline. When the pressure difference between the two ends of the filter element exceeds 0.35MPa, it should be replaced in a timely manner. Compared with ordinary filter cartridges, its unique end cap sealing structure can effectively prevent bypass leakage, making it particularly reliable under frequent pulse pressure conditions such as construction machinery and injection molding machines.

Ultrasonic cleaning equipment can be used for maintenance, but it is important to note that the fiberglass layer should not be repeatedly cleaned. It is usually recommended to replace it after 2000 working hours. This series of filter cartridges has passed the ISO 2941 anti rupture test and ISO 16889 multiple tests, fully compatible with the specifications of mainstream hydraulic systems such as Denison and Rexroth.
