HUAYUANFILTER sintered mesh Filter Element is usually used for purification and filtration of liquid and gas, separation and recovery of solid particles, transpiration cooling under extreme high temperature, air flow control distribution, enhanced heat and mass transfer, noise reduction, flow restriction, etc. High strength and durability due to high temperature sintering, corrosion resistance and heat resistance up to 600°C. The filter grade ranges from 1 micron to 8000 microns, and is widely used for uniform filtration under high pressure or high viscosity environments.

The stainless steel sintered metal mesh filter is made by overlapping several multi-layer woven or perforated stainless steel wire meshes, and then sintered in a vacuum sintering furnace. We can roll the sintered filter into a tube and weld it to form the sintered tube filter.
