From the perspective of structural features, this filter element adopts a pleated filter design. This design enhances the efficiency of impurity interception within a limited space by increasing the expanded area of the filter material (with a filtration area up to 365 unit areas), while simultaneously reducing the resistance to oil flow. The core filter material is stainless steel, which not only ensures the stability of the filter element at an operating temperature of 100°C but also possesses a certain degree of corrosion resistance, adapting to the chemical properties of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, and other oil-based media.

- Filtration accuracy: Reaching 25 microns. In hydraulic systems, tiny impurity particles may cause wear, scratching, or even failures such as valve core sticking or system leakage to key components like hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders, and control valves. A filtration accuracy of 25 microns can precisely filter out these potential threats, ensuring reliable system operation.


- Maximum working pressure difference: 0.1 MPa. This parameter is one of the key indicators ensuring the normal operation of the filter element. It defines the maximum pressure difference allowed when the oil passes through the filter element. Under normal operating conditions, a certain pressure drop occurs when the oil flows through the filter element. When the pressure drop reaches 0.1 MPa, this parameter ensures that the oil can pass through the filter element with a stable pressure difference during normal filtration, thus ensuring both filtration efficiency and safe use of the filter element.


- Inlet and outlet diameters: 152. This size design is compatible with the pipeline interfaces of the hydraulic system.
