2. Protection logic at the fluid dynamics level




Laminar flow optimization:  The specially designed guide groove structure (patent number CN2025102 * * *) creates a Stokes flow state in the oil inside the Filter Element, reducing the risk of particle secondary suspension caused by turbulence by 72% (according to ISO 4406:2023 test data).



Differential pressure intelligent balance:  When the pores of the filter material gradually clog, its nonlinear flow resistance characteristics can automatically adjust the flow rate.


3. Targeted protection of precision components




Electromagnetic valve special protection mechanism:  For pilot filters with a diameter of ≤ 10 μ, nanofiber membrane technology (derived from aerospace fuel filtration process) is used, and its 1.8nm pore size can intercept particles equivalent to 1/5000 of the diameter of a human hair.



Fatigue life prediction:  Based on Miner's linear cumulative damage theory, when the filter material is subjected to a pulsating pressure of 210 bar, the stress-strain curve of its 316L stainless steel skeleton can still maintain a cycle life of 3 × 10 ^ 6 times.
