P-ce03-572 screw oil gas separator consists of tank and Filter Element. The oil-gas mixture from the main engine first strikes the wall of the cylinder to reduce the flow velocity and form large oil droplets. Due to the weight of the droplets themselves, most of them settle to the bottom of the separator. Therefore, Sullivan oil-gas separator plays the role of primary separator and oil storage tank. The tank body is equipped with two filter elements, primary filter element and secondary filter element. After the primary separation, the oil-gas mixture is finely separated through the secondary filter element to separate a small amount of lubricating oil remaining in the compressed air and accumulate at the bottom of the filter element. Then, it returns to the air inlet of the main engine through two return pipes and is sucked into the working chamber.
