The XNL series oil return line filter is a new type of filter used in the oil return line of the hydraulic system. When the oil returns to the oil tank, it removes all contaminants and keeps the oil clean. This series of filters has the following characteristics:

1. It is directly installed in the fuel tank, which simplifies the system pipeline, saves space, and makes the system layout compact.

2. With self-sealing valve: When the system is overhauled, the oil in the tank will not flow back. When replacing the Filter Element, the contaminants in the filter element can be taken out of the oil tank together so that the oil will not flow out.

3. With bypass valve: When the filter element is blocked by contaminants and the pressure difference reaches 0.35MPa, if the filter element cannot be replaced immediately, the bypass valve on the top of the filter element will automatically open to protect the normal operation of the system.

4. Magnetic device: can filter out ferromagnetic particles above 1μm in the return oil. When users choose XNL series filters, they must be equipped with pressure indicators. When the filter element is blocked by contaminants and the pressure difference is 0.35MPa, the filter element should be replaced in time.

If XNL series filters are used, they should be equipped with indicators. When the pressure drop at both ends of the filter element reaches 0.35Mpa, the filter element must be replaced.
