XY-10, XY-15, XY-20 mufflers refer to different specifications and models in the XY series mufflers, which generally have the following characteristics:

Efficient noise reduction: It can usually reduce noise by more than 30 decibels. For example, the "Silent Defender" XY series from Kaisheng can reduce compressed air exhaust noise up to 130 decibels to 75 decibels, and can eliminate high, medium, and low frequency noise.

Wide applicable pressure range: suitable for working pressure of 1.0MPa, suitable for supporting operations of suction dryers. Part of the muffler, such as the XY-15 high-pressure suction dryer diaphragm pump from Manfred, can withstand a maximum pressure of 100 kg.

Using special sound-absorbing materials or technologies: Some are made of high-temperature resistant ultra-fine sound-absorbing glass wool and specially treated sound-absorbing filter materials from the United States, with good acoustic performance. Partial use of cellulose die-casting technology, etc., to divert gas for noise reduction.

Low resistance loss: Its soundproof core has the characteristics of low resistance loss and fast exhaust speed, which can ensure gas passage and prevent affecting equipment performance.

Equipped with safety protection function: Some parts are equipped with bypass safety valves, with an opening pressure of 2.0 to 2.2 kgf/cm ². When the safety valve is opened, the silencing filter material needs to be replaced.

Easy installation: Threaded or flanged connections are often used for installation, which is simple and fast, and can be installed at the corresponding equipment exhaust port as needed.

Good temperature resistance: The working temperature is usually ≤ 65 ℃, and some models are limited to use at room temperature not exceeding 80 ℃.
