The HF4005CF filter cartridge is made of polypropylene ultrafine fibers that are hot-melt entangled without using any chemical adhesives. The fibers randomly self adhere in space to form a three-dimensional microporous structure, integrating surface, deep, and coarse filtration. Due to the high filtration accuracy and pollutant holding capacity formed by the fibers and density in the diameter direction of the filter cartridge, the deep filtration structure with gradually changing pore sizes has a small pressure difference and strong pollutant holding capacity. It can effectively remove suspended solids, particles, rust, and other impurities in the flowing liquid, with high filtration effect and long service life.

The three-layer deep filtration structure provides high pollutant absorption capacity and long service life. Directly melt and entangle raw materials without using any additives. 100% pure PP, with good chemical compatibility.
